Very easy. You could create an launch a survey in 2 minutes if you used one of our survey templates or a previous survey you have run. Creating a bespoke survey from scratch would take a bit longer - you can use our question bank or add your own questions (there are 9 different question and answer types, including being able to insert follow up questions depending on the previous question answer).
You can also seek feedback from staff, students and parents in one survey, making sure you see the full 360 picture and where feedback and opinions are similar or differ, leading to better insights and actions.
Run one off surveys, or schedule pulse surveys at set or custom intervals - with launch and closing being managed automatically.
While you could launch a survey that quickly, you probably would want to take a little time to think through questions being asked and the purpose of them to elicit the feedback you want. That is why the survey templates and question bank are there to help — so it will not add significant workload. When you add ease of reviewing results, using self-serve analytics and our AI to quickly find key insights and actions and the impact this has on decisions and making changes, you will save time and money.
You can run both anonymous and non-anonymous surveys. This was important to our existing customers who helped us to design this. As it can be used for any topic and audience, there will be times when you want to know what feedback has been given and from who. There will also be times when anonymity is key to getting open and honest information. So you can choose.
The suite includes our fully benchmarked staff wellbeing survey, and you will be able to see how you compare against all schools and schools like you.
Some other surveys and questions have benchmarks and MATs will be able to internally benchmark their schools on every survey they run.
There are a number of reasons why you should choose a third party provider, shown below.
Staff are more likely to respond openly to anonymous surveys when they believe data is not being collected directly by the trust or school. Wellbeing, workload, mental health, inspection surveys are examples of those where staff are likely to be more guarded with an internal survey and particularly one using forms.
You can survey staff, students and parents - on any topic and see results automatically filtered by any of the characteristics you choose to allow from within your MIS, for example, for students and parents by FSM, Pupil Premium, SEND, absences, behaviour points, year, class, subject; and for staff by job role, job title, time at school, and more.
It significantly reduces your administration requirements - we manage the survey invitations, reminders and the survey process. We even provide suggested messages and advice on achieving high participation. We aim for 75% and usually achieve this and more.
Results are analysed for you and in our case you can dive deeper using self-serve analytics and AI, to produce charts and commentary for governance and other reports, saving significant time. You can also see suggested actions, meaning you can quickly move to make any needed changes.
Feedback collected from all three key stakeholders is in one place, and searchable alongside your MIS data, meaning you can see the full picture and make better data driven decisions. Having all MAT data in one place is something we regularly here and we will deliver this for you.
This means you are much more likely to achieve a return on your investment — improved wellbeing, lower absences, improved behaviour, better financial performance and further raising outcomes.
Your results are delivered into a secure platform hosted by ISO 27001 accredited Google Cloud, in their London data centre.
You can give access to specific staff members based on what you want them to see.
MATs and all schools have their own dashboard and can create and run surveys, and see their results, insights and actions. There is an inbuilt clash monitor to ensure those creating surveys at a school or MAT level are aware of others that have been scheduled.
MATs can choose to share results with their schools and any activity from a school will be shared into the MAT data set to ensure there is one data picture across the MAT — making sure nothing is missed and the best decisions are taken.
The simple answer is yes as our platform is hosted by Google Cloud London data centre, an ISO 27001 accredited data centre.
Data is in a multi-tenanted platform, meaning your data is held separately from all other customers and only you can access it, through the permissions you decide on. We are effectively hosting a data warehouse for you.
Information passed between you and our platform through Wonde is encrypted and is as secure as your MIS.
In addition your data, questions or context will never be stored by our UK based AI or used to train it and information is not shared with any open ai system, Our AI has been designed to avoid bias and to protect your data.
We understand that for some people, using technology and now AI can be a challenge. Using self-serve analytics and our AI is as simple as asking a question and clicking a button.
When you see results from surveys, you will have questions and now you will be able to ask them directly of your results and data from your dashboard.
You will be able to ask it to create comparisons between different characteristics and filters, see charts and graphs and download them for reports, and see text commentary.
We think anyone wary of tech will be able to use it quickly and will be surprised at the time saving and better outcomes it brings.
We will also be very happy to share a video call with anyone and provide personal support to get them up and running and confidently using it.
With this fully bespoke survey platform, it does depend on how you use it and what you use it for?
Run an annual or twice a year wellbeing survey.
Use it for inspection preparation, duplicating the surveys inspectorates use.
Run a workload survey.
Faith schools can run the surveys they currently do.
Seek feedback on CPD, events, trips.
Use it for onboarding, stay and exit interviews.
Use as your one source for maximum benefit — anything you currently use forms or other platforms for, you can replace with Welbee Insights. Meaning everything is created and most importantly stored in one place. MATs can allow schools autonomy, if they wish, while ensuring all feedback and data is captured in one place and can be acted upon.
There is work involved in setting up and running surveys and requesting other feedback — but you are likely to be doing this already through forms, spreadsheets and other methods and this will save you time.
Use templates, question bank, and re-use surveys you create.
Let us bring in your data directly from Wonde, meaning there is no manual intervention, and for MATs, unifying their school data, even where they may be on different MIS systems.
The biggest saving is after the survey closes - most of the analysis is done for you, with results automatically filtered by any of the characteristics you choose to allow from within your MIS, for example, for students and parents by FSM, Pupil Premium, SEND, absences, behaviour points, year, class, subject; and for staff by job role, job title, time at school, and more.
Self-serve analytics and AI help you to quickly identify key insights and to see suggested actions.
They also allow you to create comparisons and charts and download these for governance and management reports, saving time and effort (and probably lots of spreadsheet entries too).
The trust and all schools have their own dashboard and the ability to create, run and question their results. How this is used is down to the trust.
There is a warning built in to show other surveys scheduled, when a new one is created to make sure the trust and school do not launch overlapping feedback requests.
Trusts can choose to share the results of surveys they run with their schools — where they choose yes, these will appear in the school dashboard and they will see just the results for their school and how they compare.
If schools run surveys, the results and data will always form part of the MAT data set - this is important in making sure trust leaders have the full picture from across their schools and central team.
