


What is Welbee and how we can support you
In the video below I share more about who we are and how we are making it easier for MATs and schools to measure (to a recognised standard) and improve the wellbeing of their staff and to achieve those evidence proven benefits of higher retention, lower absences, better financial performance and further raise student attainment and outcomes.
While the process starts with a staff wellbeing survey and you track progress by repeating it (to meet commitment 11 of the DfE's Education Staff Wellbeing Charter, if you have signed up or are considering it), it is what happens after surveys that is most important.
Identifying what is going well and where to focus energy and effort, and in the right way, is what makes the difference. And in a way that makes it as easy as possible to deliver positive change. That is our focus, for example by suggesting actions and identifying which staff groups are in need of support.
We provide support to our customer, and beyond into the sector and I hope you find the calendar and leadership cards helpful. If you scan the QR codes for each month you will find resources and tips aimed at building wellbeing into the culture and at giving support to individual staff members.
