How Welbee Voice Works

Step 1

Create your message or question for staff to respond to anonymously, within your Welbee dashboard.

Step 2

Choose to send your message to all staff or select a group (including as few as 8 people). By selecting specific staff, you can receive feedback from those involved and ensure it is always relevant.

Step 3

Staff receive your message or question via email and can respond directly using a link (without having to login or remember a password), so that their responses remain anonymous.

Step 4

You receive their feedback directly onto your dashboard and can respond to their comments, while keeping the conversation anonymous.

You can even grant access to multiple school users to allow other leaders to seek feedback and share the workload involved.
